The Founder, Carla Kendall has an expansive career spanning more than 20 years in finance, banking, training and consulting.

Her corporate role included managing million dollar portfolios for one of Canada's largest financial institutions, and she functioned as the Director and Program Manager for one of Canada's leading and largest Non-Profit Organizations.

She applies her financial, microenterprise, marketing expertise and training, to guide individuals to overcome socio-economic barriers.

Her motivational, impactful and innovative approach, combined with an exceptional commitment to customer care, have resulted in her attaining numerous awards of excellence including the WOW Canadian Award for Training excellence.
